21 years and over £10.50 per hour plus additional tips
18 – 20 year olds £9.50 per hour plus additional tips

Sous Chef

£29,000 – £32,000 per year plus full share of tips (approx £2,000 per annum)

We are able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. We are seeking a career focused individual, who is disciplined and has a firm understanding of a commercial kitchen. Experience of working within a kitchen that holds a minimum of 1 AA Rosette would be a benefit.

We pride ourselves on serving freshly prepared, skilfully cooked dishes. We buy the finest available ingredients including seasonal and local produce, with a strong emphasis on supporting local business. All meals are homemade.

The working week is Wednesday to Sunday made up of 3 shifts 9am – 3pm & 5pm – 10pm and 2 half days (Sunday being one of them) totalling about 47 hours. Hourly paid or salary available, great tips and 28 days holiday.

The current team is made up of Head Chef, CDP, Pastry & part-time apprentice so you will be the missing piece of the puzzle.

This is a small team so a hands-on approach is needed. The applicant must be able to keep calm under pressure and have good communicative skills.

This is a full-time, permanent role with plenty of scope to progress in time for the right candidate. We are a great believer in a good work/life balance and always ensure that our team have sensible time off.

Weekend work will be required, and due to the rural location, your own transport is essential.

Some split shifts will be required occasionally.

Deputy Manager

From £12.00 per hour plus a full share of tips (approx £2,000 per annum)

We are currently looking for a full-time Deputy Manager to join the team to work alongside our General Manager and Assitant Manager. Previous experience working in a Front of House in a similar establishment is desirable.

This is a small team so a hands-on approach is needed. The applicant must be able to keep calm under pressure and have good communicative skills.

This is a full-time (30 hours), permanent role with plenty of scope to progress in time for the right candidate.

Weekend work will be required, and due to the rural location, your own transport is essential.
