At the White Horse Inn our kitchen philosophy is simple ‘Keep it local and keep it seasonal’. All of our suppliers are based in the West Country and all of them source from local, small, family run farms. With our meat coming from as far away as the Quantock hills in Somerset and some so local we can walk there to pick it up. Our vegetables and fruit are again, sourced close to home, with the majority coming from Pagets farm in Bromham. Some produce even comes from our very own kitchen garden. Line caught fish by day boats and coastal native shellfish are supplied fresh to us through the Brixham fish market. The chef team love a little twist on things so expect to see Asian & European influences combined with classic British ingredients. We hope you enjoy your meal.
