If you’re looking for a great B&B in Wiltshire the White Horse Inn has 7 beautifully appointed bed & breakfast rooms, all refurbished to a high standard. We are well-positioned in the Wiltshire countryside, just a few miles from the Avebury stone circle, Marlborough, Chippenham and a short drive to Bath.

The accommodation is separate from the main pub and restaurant across a small patio area. With 5 of the 7 rooms overlooking the delightful pub gardens and small paddock. This location has helped The White Horse Inn at Compton Bassett to achieve its notoriety as an excellent base for a romantic getaway, or somewhere for passing business people to get their head down for the night.

To secure your booking we require valid credit or debit details. You can cancel your booking 48 hours before your stay by 10 am without a further charge, after this time full payment for your stay will be required. Any damage to the room is charged accordingly.

Check-in time: 3pm- 9pm

The area is packed full of things to do and see. Whether it be shopping in Swindon or Bath, shooting at Barbury Castle or visiting the ancient stones of Avebury and Stonehenge. The White Horse is no more than 45 minutes away from all of these (some being close enough to walk to)
